Quiet location, accessible by an unpaved road about 500 m, accessible to classical vehicles. The property is secluded in a pine forest, the nearest neighbor is 200 meters. Clear space in front of the house and the large swimming pool (13 m x 5 m) without overlooking from neighbourg. The area is surrounded by large trees. The living room opens onto a large terrace. Decoration and comfort in the simple style of the 70s.»
