The property is situated in a vineyard, 8 km from Sommières, shops and sporting activities. At 15 km from the Cevennes, 15 km from the Camargue and 35 km from the sea (Le Grau du Roi). The property consists of 2 identical villas, semi-detached by the garage's wall. Each villa has a private entrance, private swimming pools and a private garden of 1200 m2. A 2 m high removable fence can separate the area of 4.2 m between the pools, or join them if the 2 villas are rented for one group up to 24 people.
