Now your choice is made, inform us of your booking request precisely stating all your personal details. We will check the availability with the owner, in case of any simultaneous requests. We will confirm the availability (generally within 24hrs) to you. Then we will transmit your details to the owner so that a rental contract can be established. For the booking to become effective, a deposit must be paid, generally to the order of 25% to 50%. This deposit definitely commits the hirer and the tenant.
